Community, with guardrails

you were never meant to rebuild this alone.

Tender's community layer makes room for the part of postpartum intimacy that a protocol can't do by itself: being with people who understand the phase you're in, in a space designed to feel private, useful, and human.

This is an interest list for Tender's community work, not an open forum or event calendar.

01 — VIRTUAL

phase-matched, facilitated, and intentionally small.

The virtual community will bring together cohorts of six to eight people in a similar postpartum phase. A trained facilitator gives the room shape, so sharing can be honest without asking anyone to perform their recovery for strangers.

There will be no public forum, public profiles, or unsolicited DMs. The point is a closed, considered space where you can say the thing you have not had language for yet.

02 — LEARN

clinician-informed education, alongside real stories.

We will pair practical education about physiology, mood, desire, and recovery with member stories that make the experience less abstract. The goal is not an endless feed; it is better context for the week you are actually having.

A clear boundary: Tender's community and education are not clinical care, diagnosis, or a substitute for a clinician. When something needs medical or mental-health support, we will say so and point you toward care.
03 — LATER

future gatherings, when they can be done with care.

We are planning for in-person gatherings as Tender grows: thoughtful, low-pressure spaces to meet other members and keep the conversation going beyond a screen.

There are no live events to book yet. We are naming this as future work because the details matter — the right size, setting, access, and facilitation come before a calendar.
